The processing of medium or large discoid & ring parts-whose length -diameter ratio is less than or equal to 1/2 is a special problem in machinery industry. Even if we use the usual machine tools to process these parts, there are still contradictions between high costs and low efficiency. Through the long-term research, our company designed special equipments for the processing of discoid and ring parts, which effectively solves the above problems. The equipments make the investment save more than 40% and make the precision much higher than before, which are specially used for the processing of tyre mould, rotary support, steam turbine, impeller and so on.
